Arbitration Chambers
Flat Fee: $2,100 per application
Cross-Application: $2,100 per cross-application
Arbitration Chambers are regularly scheduled, streamlined arbitration sittings intended for interlocutory family law matters. Materials are limited in scope and submitted in advance in accordance with SAMA guidelines.
This flat-fee structure is designed to provide predictability and cost control for time-sensitive interlocutory disputes.
